Iranisches Café und Film

On Sunday, 9 March from 3 pm, we will open the foyer with Iranian delicacies for the palate and melodious sounds for the ears. Afterwards, at 4 pm, we will be showing the film that formed the basis for Women of the Revolution Street: In The Sun Will Rise, director Ayat Najafi attends the rehearsals of a theatre group for Aristophanes' comedy Lysistrata in Tehran in autumn 2022. But outside, on the streets, the protests are getting stronger and stronger... A film that takes an unusual approach to looking into the heart of the Iranian resistance while simultaneously preserving and addressing the incognito of its players.

Participation is subject to a fee (€ 10,-).
