The Rapid Publisher

A theater foyer full of people, a few drinks... your brain meets the photocopier – and creates utopian publications! Every few seconds, the photocopier spits out your picture, your text, and dripping sweat. Nico Bergmann and Torben Röse pick it up, staple it together, and give shape to your thoughts. A form, a zine—a small, homemade magazine—every five minutes, the work of God or simply a pile of nonsense. Both are good!
 

The Rapid Publisher was initiated in 2016 by Torben Röse and Nico Bergmann, two artists with many years of experience in the fields of artist's books and zine culture. This project is not just a publication, but a participatory action at the intersection of performance, installation, DIY publishing, copy art, and artist's books.
 

Open to everyone, no prior knowledge required, no rules, and lots of fun!

The registration fee of 10 euros includes two zines per person.
