Happiness to go
Katharina Meier / Ali Eskici
Workshop

In an age when self-improvement, news of crises, and social pressure shape our daily lives, the question of what defines our own well-being is becoming increasingly pressing. Happiness educators Ali and Katharina, both of whom work at schools in Essen, would like to explore with the audience how happiness can arise—not as a distant ideal, but as something that begins in our perceptions, our decisions, and our daily actions. Through practical exercises, discussions, and shifts in perspective, the workshop invites participants to reflect on their own attitude toward life.
The number of participants is limited to 15.
