“How on earth did we become so lonely? With so many neighbors, so many friends, in this lifelong homeland of ours... how did we end up so alone?”

Three women from three distinct eras in Turkey’s history find their paths crossing through Maryam Şahinyan, Turkey’s first female studio photographer. Set against the backdrop of Beyoğlu, the play explores minority identity, survival in a male-dominated world, and the universal need for love. By combining humor with poignant stories of exclusion, it offers a rich perspective on womanhood and the concept of "the other," complemented on stage by an immersive visual universe of AI-generated photography.
