Hilde

This music is neither jazz nor chamber music, neither ambient nor chanson.

Welcome to Timbre, the third album by Hilde, a band based in North Rhine-Westphalia and London. Their improvisation-based music unfolds with a naturalness and originality that is unrivalled – free from definitions, points of reference and explanations, beyond all categorical boundaries.

Hilde offer listeners the generous gift of being able to move freely within the soundscape they have created, to expand their horizons and to lose themselves in their own images and associations.

This event is part of the supporting program. The concert begins immediately after the performance of “Leben des Galilei” and is included in the theater ticket for that play!
