Female Anger
Workshop with Constanze Schulte

Anger can be a constant companion that sometimes strikes too quickly. Sometimes, however, it is merely an abstract
emotional concept that isn’t even present. But: What is my anger, and how does it manifest? What is my relationship to it? Who or what makes me angry? How do I experience it? And also: What does my female socialization have to do with how I deal with anger?
This workshop offers women a physically active, experiential approach to exploring
their anger. Each participant will have the opportunity to mindfully explore her relationship with her own anger in a safe space using methods of creative movement therapy.
Constanze Schulte is a freelance cultural educator and creative body therapist specializing in dance, movement, and embodiment. She adopts a power-critical, feminist, and trauma-sensitive perspective. She views working on and with the body as inherently political. Click here for Constanze's Website.
Participation in the workshop is included in the ticket "RAGE – Eine Wuterfahrung (UA)" at this day and limited to a maximum of 20 participants. To help us plan, we would appreciate it if you could register via: tickets [at] theateranderruhr.de
