Gordon Kämmerer

Gordon Kämmerer completed his acting studies at the HMT "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" in Leipzig in 2012 and his theatre directing studies at the HfS "Ernst Busch" in Berlin in 2015. He has directed productions at the Box of the Deutsches Theater Berlin, Schauspiel Hannover and Theater Dortmund, among others. In 2016, his production of "Das Tierreich" by Nolte/Decar was invited to the "Radikal jung" festival at the Munich Volkstheater. As a film director, he made his feature film debut in 2021 with the mockumentary "Die Waldgänger". In 2023 he developed the hip hop performance "Chromschwarz" at the Hansa coking plant in Dortmund. Together with his sister he is on tour as the band "Die Geschwister". Gordon Kämmerer lives and works in Berlin and Mecklenburg.
