Labs & Workshops
In our workshops and labs, you can experience theater from every angle: on stage, behind the scenes, or somewhere in between. Workshops offer a first glimpse into theater work, with no prior experience required. The labs take it a step further: Here, we work together over several months to develop our own play. Rehearsals are held at least once a week, plus there are intensive rehearsal blocks. Participation is free.

Lab 1 (Ages 13–17)
In Lab I, we want to create something together again, discover new sides of you, and tell stories that touch people’s hearts. Over the course of an entire season, we’ll develop a play together using your ideas, your questions, and your energy. You don’t need any stage experience—just curiosity, imagination, and the courage to give it a try.
Starting in October, new participants can join and get to know the group during three open rehearsals:
Thu, Oct. 1, 5:30–7:30 p.m.
Thu, Oct. 8, 5:30–7:30 p.m.
Thu, Oct. 15, 5:30–7:30 p.m.

Ages 17–21: Labor II
In Labor II, we work together to create a space for creativity, connection, and new ideas. Drawing on your stories, questions, and perspectives, we develop scenes, experiment with acting, movement, and language, and, step by step, create a play together. You don’t need any prior experience—just curiosity, an open mind, and a desire to bring something to the stage together with others.
Labor II is not currently accepting new members. A new session is scheduled to begin in December.
In Lab II, 17 young people aged 15 to 23 are currently rehearsing the play “The Rhinoceros” by Eugène Ionesco. The premiere is scheduled for November 2026.
