Theaterspielplatz
Our foyer is open for playing, crafting, and trying things out - accompanied by theater educators. Our theater café is open during this time.
The "Junges Theater" accompanies children and teens from their first theater experience all the way to their own premiere. Professional productions and guest performances for all age groups, school performances with educational preparation and follow-up activities, and classroom plays bridge the gap between the stage and everyday school life. In the theater labs, young people spend several months developing their own plays and celebrating their premieres. Workshops, vacation courses, and internships round out the program. Inclusive formats also open the theater to people with diverse needs. Families find playful ways to engage with theater in the “Open Foyer” and at the theater playground, regardless of prior experience.
Professional productions for a young audience and for young people the opportunity to be on stage themselves in the laboratories.
